About

I’m Hannah — a dedicated, compassionate coach with a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.

My journey began as a fitness instructor, grew into a career as a Personal Trainer, and has evolved into becoming a committed advocate for Pilates and mindful movement together with balanced, joy filled living. Over the years, I’ve blended my experience in coaching, Pilates, and massage therapy to create a supportive and holistic approach that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you come to me for coaching, Pilates, or hands-on treatment, my focus is always the same: understanding you as an individual and tailoring each session to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and real, sustainable progress.

As a Bedfordshire girl through and through, I love welcoming clients into my friendly studio in Langford. I’m proud to support people from across the local area — including Shefford, Henlow, Arlesey, Caldecote, and beyond — creating a space where everyone can feel encouraged, understood, and cared for.

On a more personal note, my own experiences with body image struggles and disordered eating have shaped the way I coach today. They’ve taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and a truly person-centred approach. Now, I use those experiences to support others with honesty, compassion, and zero judgement.

Away from the studio, I’m a happily married Christian, grounded by my faith and the value it places on kindness, integrity, and service. These principles guide the way I work, the way I communicate, and the environment I’ve created at The Wellbeing Room — a place built on trust, encouragement, and genuine care.

Wherever you are in your wellbeing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with positivity, expertise, and belief in your potential.
