I am more than a coach, I am someone that’s walked the path. After years of struggling with disordered eating, I now help others reclaim health without rigid diets or shame. My mission is to collaborate with you, offer empathy, accountability and evidence based tools to help you move forward.
Nutrition Coaching with Hannah
Welcome to a coaching experience built on compassion, sustainability and real-life transformation. With me, your journey will be rooted in respect of your body, mind, and unique lifestyle, not fad diets or unsustainable challenges.
There are THREE packages for you to choose from, but please get in touch for a more tailored and bespoke package according to your needs:

Choose from one of the following nutritional coaching plans that suits your current needs;
Bronze £60
A one off session – usually about an hour where we simply cover the basics. I base thsi on a weeks worth of food diary.
Silver £120
A one off hour long session followed by four weeks of support via WhatsApp. This option enables you to ask questions and get feedback in real time, rather than have to wait for a follow up session. That period straight after a session can be crucial in cementing those new habits.
Gold £320
This is where real magic happens. This is a 16 week course with a one hour session to begin, followed by follow ups every other week, together with intersession support. This really gets into the nitty gritty of the action, explores your thinking around food and encourages you to think beyond just the food. We work from a very compassionate place – one that recognises what you are avoiding or blocking out.
