I am more than a coach, I am someone that’s walked the path. After years of struggling with disordered eating, I now help others reclaim health without rigid diets or shame. My mission is to collaborate with you, offer empathy, accountability and evidence based tools to help you move forward.

Welcome to a coaching experience built on compassion, sustainability and real-life transformation. With me, your journey will be rooted in respect of your body, mind, and unique lifestyle, not fad diets or unsustainable challenges.

MoveWell with Hannah
A six week online program delivered via an app which allows you to fully commit to training.
FuelWell with Hannah
8 weeks of nutritional coaching, designed to give you the basic understanding of what “healthy” looks like and formulating a plan that is simple and bespoke.
LiveWell with Hannah
A 12 week programme centred around giving you the necessary knowledge and tools to becoming your strongest, most confident self.
Nutrion SOS
A one off session to emphasise some of the basic principles. Serves as a reminder and reinforcer with accountability and action planning.
